Wixams Retirement Village

This new village has 230 mixed-tenure apartments, alongside communal facilities such as a village hall, library, bar and bistro, gym, beauty salon and shop.

This was an award winning project, also featured in the CFJ.

Completed at the end of 2018.

Circa 16,000m2 was installed throughout the project.

Featuring a wide range of materials and designs, a great finish was achieved!

A full Interface specification was installed throughout the corridors, to ensure a smooth transition in-between all floor coverings.
